Graduated from Le Condon Bleu, Andy Dark has been devoting himself in the food and culture arena, and also conducting cooking classes in Hong Kong, specializing in western cooking and fine dining.

 

In 2012, Andy started and hosted his personal YouTube Channel and acquired over 40,000 subscribers recently. He was also invited as guest on TV programs, social media platforms, and also in cooking demo shows. Andy believes in the idea that food connects people, and it is the flavor and taste of food that bring everyone closer and closer.
